Refund and Return Policy

At Ziferoms, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

  • The product should not have any stains, perfume smell, or damage caused by the customer

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance sale or special offers (unless damaged/defective)

  • Used, washed, or worn products

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

  • Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and product images (if damaged/incorrect)

  3. Our team will verify the request and provide return instructions

  4. Once approved, the product will be picked up or you may be asked to ship it back

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method

Refund Timeline:

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

  • Bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Subject to product availability

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be provided

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos as proof

  • We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost

8. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be covered by us in case of defective or incorrect product

  • In other cases (size issue, preference change), shipping charges may be applicable
